  • Easy to SAVE and SHARE: There are buttons on the bottom of every card that are easy to click and allow users to download your MBizCard to their homescreen and contact list. In addition, they can SHARE your MBizCard by sending an Intro Email, a text message, and on social media via Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • 1-Click Contact & Directions: Users can easily click a button to Call, Text, and Email you. In addition, if you have a physical address, that map is embedded directly into your MBizCard! For someone visiting your MBizCard from a tablet or computer screen, you phone number is clearly displayed so they can quickly call you.
  • Add Unlimited Website Links and Social Media Profiles: A menu feature is editable for all users. Inside the menu, you can easily categorize and add links to multiple websites, landing pages, surveys, online meetings, and of course your various social media profiles.
  • Edit key information on your MBizCard: In addition to adding website and social media links, you can update your profile picture, logo, YouTube video, and bio section anytime. The bio section even allows you to use Rich Text formatting which means you can use bolding, line breaks, bullet points and much more. Make sure you take advantage of this feature and keep people updated with what's new in your world.
  • Responsive Design: The purpose of the MBizCard is to promote YOU ... not ads or other services. Therefore, we want to make sure that YOU are the focus of your card whether people visit it from their phone, tablet, or computer. This is extremely valuable since you can easily share your MBizCard in the signature line of ALL your outgoing emails. This means people are likely to visit from a wide variety of devices.

Does it work on Android and iOS?
Yes! This works on any device that can access the internet. It was built for smartphones but has a responsive design feature that enables you to look great on tablets and computers.

Where can I share my MBizCard?
You can share your MBizCard anywhere you can share a website link. This means you can add it to the signature line of emails, text it to other people, and even add it as your website link on social media profiles. Want to track your leads and automatically have an email (All Accounts) and text message (Personal and Enterprise Accounts) sent with a link to your MBizCard? If so, read the question and answer below.

How does the Personal Web App page work?
Great question. This page was added to all MBizCard accounts so you have a means to more easily share your MBizCard. The "Share" feature that is on your MBizCard is really designed for 3rd party sharing/introductions. The Personal Web App allows you to easily share your MBizCard to anyone in a more personal manner and through the messaging app you want to use. In addition, if you have the Unlimited Package, you can easily upload a video message so that it can be generated for sending to your contact.

Does the MBizCard replace my paper cards?
Great question and one we get a lot. The answer is no. It is designed to compliment your paper cards. Research has shown that it takes 5-12 contacts before a new lead will consider working purchasing from you. The MBizCard provides you with a reason to maintain contact with new leads. There are times when we recommend leading with the MBizCard and times we recommend leading with a paper card or promotional product. We cover all of that during the Getting Started webinar and are happy to answer questions during an online demo or Q&A session.

Do I have to manage my contacts through the MBizCard?
No! One thing we have always strived for is flexibility. There are so many contact management systems that we are not trying to compete with them. Instead, we want the MBizCard to work with your current infrastructure. For this reason, you are able to download all contact submissions in an Excel file. If you are on a Personal Package or Unlimited Package, you can control the contact form and even integrate it with over 1,500 cloud-based applications. This is a great way to get your leads directly submitted to any system you are using to manage your contacts.

What kind of results can I expect to get by using the MBizCard?
This question really varies based on the user. We know that answer sucks, but networking requires action! If you get any business card but do not take initiative to share it with anyone, it is not going to do you any good. This is a tool designed to provide value to both you and your network. What you will find is some people will have seen one before and know exactly how to connect with you through it. Others will need to be told why they should use your MBizCard as a means to connect with you and make introductions. That answer is simple, your MBizCard provides people with an EASY way to save your contact information without having to type it into their contact list.

Can I upgrade my account anytime?
Yes. If you would like to get the Starter Package and then upgrade you can easily do that. You can even take advantage of the Annual Subscription discount and upgrade. When you request to upgrade, you will only need to pay the prorated difference between your packages.

Can I downgrade my account anytime?
Yes. Please note that when you move down from the Enterprise Package to either the Personal or Starter Packages, it is likely that you will have a number of MBizCards with URLs that are no longer operational. It is suggested that you start with either the Starter or Personal Package and then decide if you want to upgrade to the Enterprise Package.

Can I see everyone who has downloaded my card?
Not through our dashboard. There are third-party platforms that you can add to the Header Section of paid accounts that help track users. However, we have experienced pushback from people when trying to force a feature like this. For starters, many platforms that allow this require a unique URL to be sent to every different person who views your card. What they are tracking is the data on that unique link. This because annoying to have to track and send for the user and is often more effort than it's worth. The MBizCard provides you with a unique URL that reflects your name and is able to be shared anywhere. The other way of implementing a feature like this is to require users to "log in" when they first visit your card. People are becoming more careful with where they share their contact information. We have found that users are more hesitant to access the cards when forced to log into them.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
No. You may cancel your account anytime but your card will remain active through your current subscription. We do offer a prorated guarantee on Annual Subscriptions if you cancel within the first 30 days. This means you will receive a refund of all but the equivalent to a one-month subscription of the plan for which you registered.

How does the Video Messaging work?
This is a new feature and is only available for the Unlimited Package users. This is because each video message is a new "page" loaded on your MBizCard. Each video message comes with a unique URL that is attached to your MBizCard domain. You simply complete a brief form and then we go to work. Your video message page is generated in a timely manner (never longer than 24 hours) and you are sent an email with the unique link. Once you get it, you can copy and paste it into an email, text, or other messaging application so your contact can click on the link and watch the personal message you created for him/her. In addition, you can add a call to action button to drive your contact to any landing page.
